I need something that I can wear after my Phallosan to stay elongated.

So I started training again, I am in my second week with the Phallosan currently wearing it for five hours straight mid-green strength, and I am going to work my way up to 10 hours. However I have been noticing that when I am not wearing the device and my penis is flaccid without it it shrivels up and The head of the penis sinks inward to be surrounded by loose skin, I would attribute this to my disability but also the gland cap ( as I feel the skin that is covered by the gland cap Does not get stretched, in fact I have to use a small condom sleeve so it doesn’t go down to the very base of the penis either but from the photos I have seen that is not an issue as long as most of the shaft is being stretched). Hopefully I am correct on that?

Anyways I am a quadriplegic, and a secondary complications of the disability is actually permanent shrinkage of the penis, so I’ve decided to do something about it. However because of my disability I cannot use the penis wraps that you have to take off at least every 30 minutes to an hour (no hand function), I need something that I can wear for a long time without having to worry about it cutting off circulation even if the penis does get erect temporarily. I want to use something like this so I can speed up my gains by not allowing the penis to shrivel and also to keep my flaccid state long.

There is a plethora of knowledge so I’m sure someone knows of something I could use, I have seen some of these pretty simplistic silicone sleeves those look like one option ( however they can be pretty tight and don’t expand much if I get an erection), are there any others and in regards to those any suggestions on the best ones?

I don't take my wrap off until at least 3 to 4 hours to re-wrap again. I'm able to piss while wrapped.

It really depends on how tight you wrap. The tighter you wrap the more your will have to take off and return good circulation. A much better method in the Phallosan, this can be worn safely 24/7.

I'm late to this party, but for what it's worth I wear the ace wrap pretty much constantly when I'm not in a session. Like DLD mentioned, it's about how tightly you wrap. I can get my flaccid fully extended with it and still keep it loose enough to pee like huge-girth does. I do take the wrap off to pee, just to give my penis a breather since I'm already fiddling with it anyway, but I don't need to. Sometimes it gets uncomfortable at night and I end up taking it off then. That's it.
