Yup, absolutely right there. Plus, the reason that you gained fat along with the diet, instead of only muscle, is because you were taking in too much protein. As I have said before, it VERY quickly can turn into fat. You must be VERY careful when you supplement with large amounts of protein, because you can eventually gain more fat than muscle if you take in too much.
