I need a welcome and bit of a crash course

This whole world of pumping, stretching, boosting and extending is SO damn overwhelming. For starters I'm 18, very short at 5"5 and my penis is...fine. BPEL is 6" and my girth tapers to about 4.3" at the base, with 4.1" near the glans. I just need some help and some pointers for a newbie. I'm still with my parents for college so I can't exactly buy a pump or clamp right now. I also don't wanna break my dick. I am EXTREMELY ready to commit to some gains, even if they're miniscule.
 
How much time can you dedicate to PE each day?
 
I would recommend the SRT routine. This takes about an hour but you can cut it in half doing length in morning and girth at night or the other way if better. You will find SRT in the main page. It has its own forum. Long read but worth it.
