I decreased my Body Mass Index from 22,6 to 21,15 by 1,5 month !!!! :D (no diet, just don't eat too much during the dinner !!)
It's said that, every 10kg (22pounds) of fat (+/-)= 0.5cm(0.2ft) on your non-bone pressed penis length !!

Some of you who had already diet (or, unfortunately, gain fat), have you see a change between NBPenis EnlargementL & BPenis EnlargementL?

The best part of getting in shape, besides how you feel, is the extra cock you automatically receive!

Hi,
You should do exercise daily and also avoid all fast foods witch are directly on your diet and makes you fat.
You should take fresh juices and join a gym and do belly exercise there and all other exercises and also go on a walk for your best weight loss

Green tea is one of the best way to lose weight, it is an anti-oxidant and helps you to reduce weight and belly fat. Do eat more than your needs, go for workout everyday.

I keep hearing this about Green Tea, maybe I will switch from coffee.

swim or run. You could also try rowing as a sport because it's good for you arms, back, neck, legs and bum muscles. You have to also maintain a healthy diet and drink alot of water :)

Back.
Thanks everybody !! I haven't really technics ; i just eat less horrible things like : stop adding sirup in water, eating to much before sleeping, more often cooking instead of eating fast food, taking diet soda instead of coca cola.
But 1 or 2 day (max) in a week, i eat lot a of good things with friends (for example big beef, french cheese and wine etc..).
I don't do really sport, but only with it, i loose weight easily... and i didn't gain more weight know !! :)
Someone was saying we loose weight by drinking green tea, but, ok with DLD, i drink coffee barely often and i think it help loosing weight too !!

Good to hear from you and I am glad your are progressing so well. What is your weight now, what is your goal?

Diet sodas no better than regular soda
Its contains aspartame, which essentially makes you retarded. Lol (kinda)

Green teas good though, drink that shit, along with water

Diet soda's are better than regular soda's because they contain no calories. The debate about sweeteners like aspartame and health is another story.

Green tea will only have a very marginal effect on fatloss. Best will be a combination of green tea and caffeine taken 3 times a day, but don't hope for a metabolic increase of more than about 3%

I am not sold on this. Honestly, the fact that they have no calories is what makes me wary of them, sort of the whole, "if they arent made up of calories, then what the hell are they made from?".

Then again, I gave up drinking any soda since I am also skeptical about HFCS, and so far this year have lost 54lbs (though dropping soda wasnt the only changes I made).

The fact that they do not contain any calories (or rather, contain < 1 calories) is due to the fact that the sweeteners used are MUCH sweeter than sucrose.

For example Aspartame is 200x the sweetness of sucrose. It does contain calories but you will need only 1/200st of the amount of sucrose you would need to attain the same sweetness.

Drinking 0% soda's are absolutely fine on diet. Though some people experience sugar cravings and hunger due to artificial sweeteners, this is a potential downside.

Losing weight is about creating a caloric deficit, either through increased activity, decreased caloric intake or a mixture of both. It's that simple. (Though there are a lot of roads leading to Rome and the physiology is very complicated. The basic fundamental principle is very very simple.)

A lot of people try to lose weight by doing a lot of.cardio and eating women's food like salads and assorted hippie shit. Hell Naw!

Muscle burns fat, hit the wights and turn your fat into muscle. Then you can also eat real enjoyable food that helps maken your body stronger.

You don't wanna be that guy that eats salads all day and spends hours on a treadmill. Its whack. There are dozens of overwight people at my gym that spend hours on the treadmill and are in the same shitty shape they were half a year ago.

Lift weights, ride a bike, these are all good things to do.
If you know what your body type is as well, you will know the right way to eat and train for your ideal body. Some benefit more from weights, others from cardio.

Peace.

I agree, if you do not love what you are doing whats the point?

Because you have to

If you take the 'Have to's' and make them 'Love to's' motivation and change happen so much faster.

For good body fitness and stomach health, eat heavy breakfast and take a light dinner. Heavy dinner is mostly the cause of extra fat that you have. So taking light dinner make you fit and make your stomach work properly. If you get fit and healthy all parts of your body will be fit and healthy.

Very simple, just like Penis Enlargement but very difficult for many to follow.

Not really.
Read up on intermittent fasting. I suggest starting at leangains.com.
Also the idea that you have to have breakfast to 'start your metabolism' is thoroughly outdated. As well as the idea that you have to have a light dinner because you do not burn anything in the evening. Calorie partitioning is a little more complex than this. More recent research has indicated that having a large carb meal in the evening (instead of morning) is actually way more beneficial for most people in terms of calorie partitioning and hunger/cravings. Read up on BiorhytHydromax diet

And then there is individual variance in both genetics as well as psychology. This means that there isn't a 'THE ONE TRUE DIET' [SUP]tm[/SUP]

Bro science (like the above) is often very simple. Which does not make it right.
Calories in > calories out is very simple. But the reality of 'why people cannot stick to diets' or why they regain fat is a little more difficult.
