i feel like i know the answer to these question. but i need confirmation.

is the tunica layer of the penis the MAIN part that makes the long? does stretching this layer make the penis longer? if the tunica is so important, what is the use of exercising stretching the ligs? or are the ligs and tunica give 50/50 in contribution to the length of a penis?

i'm sure many of you think this is a dumb question. but i honestly would like confirmation from the big dogs. :) thanks

The tunica and ligs are very separate as far as stretching. The ligaments, which are highly influenced by lower stretches, are easier to target and this is why many people make very quick initial gains. The tunica, surrounding the entire penis like a condom, are more influenced by upward stretches. The tunica having only about 5% elasticity takes much longer to stretch and make gains. In many men, after they feel they are tapped out in ligament gains, will focus on tunica stretching. Many believe that this is the only place they can gain due to the LOT theory. I believe that an equal effort to tunica and ligs is smartest, at least for me. My LOT will change as I focus more on one or the other.

Now I have a question...I have tennis elbow in both elbows. How can I work girth? Just a heads up on this problem...it feels like somebody's putting out a cigarette on my elbow. Hurts like hell.

Funny thing though, I'm making girth gains by jelqing in the AM for about 10-15 min and then doing a form of two handed constrictors. The testosterone level is very high in the mornings and I'm doing kegels for 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, so my cock is now very responsive.

Any ideas?
