Hypothesis: Stepping down intensity = rapid deconditioning

I'm no body builder but I've done some work in the gym and I know that a lower intensity follow up workout can flush lactic acid and speed tissue recovery.

Most Penis Enlargement deconditioning breaks last a month to three months. I don't want to do that. I'm wondering if reverting to a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for a week, then taking a week off will bring my penis back to an unconditioned state.

Anyone with scientific knowledge or personal experience I'd love to hear from y'all.

I think stepping down intensity or just taking a few days off would be a good enough "decon" break, but then again I don't believe in the whole decon shit. That's just me though, I never take a day off.
 
my opinion on this is that I dont think this is a good idea because i dont think we get a lactic acid build up in our dicks, the muscle tissue isn't the same and i think there is very little muscle tissue in our dicks, although there probably is some. I believe that we should be breaking down tissue in a very controlled manner and in a manner that is not injuring ourselves and creating scar tissue which could take months to heal if it even would. If you are taking it easy and just breaking down tissue little bits at a time you only need hours to recover and i think if you go further than that you are just hurting yourself, which I did a couple of years ago.

So thats the way I see it, either decon or dont.

Well, everybody is different. I've noticed in my Penis Enlargement history that I'll train and train and train and then just be like, 'fuck it, I'm taking a break.' Then I'll gain 1/2". If this is how my physiology works then I want to leverage it for all it's worth.

I hear that, if I could take a break and gain 1/2" I would most certainly do it.

I guess the repair process would be independent to each man. Some may need more than other but it is important for each man to find this point.
 
Don't forget the mental aspect of decon. Right now I just don't feel like doing anything. Last time I felt that way, I gained when I returned after 2 weeks. I really don't want to take that off now because I feel like I'm in a cementing stage.
 
True that irafreak. Trust your instincts more than anything. If your body tells you you need to rest, then rest, if you need to cement, then cement. I'm in a cementing or 'healing' stage now, and I'm thinking a lighter routine will be a better process for cementing than a harder one or even the same routine you've been doing. A lighter routine will more massage and heal the tissue rather than expand and break down tissue.

Yes it will and this light workout will help you keep the gains as you semi-rest.
