Hydration is key...

I just wanted to say to everyone that a very important thing, in my opinion, is to keep yourself properly hydrated. I have noticed a better flacid hang when I drink more water throughout the day. Bodybuilders stress that hydration is very important to gaining muscle mass and I believe the principle here is the same.

I ought to drink more water, I never reach the 2 liter a day recommended amout...And BTW what's there to hate about water? It cleans the body and it's organs. It doesn't taste like anything and it's good for you :D
 
I dont really hate water... of course; I was merely trying to be facetious. I actually like water, a lot, especially the water in beer and good coffee.
 
when I used to work out I quit pop and all that jazz, once you get into drinking only water it really grows on you. I enjoy my water now, I drink a ton of it and its pretty much the only thing I drink other than green tea and alcohol occasionally.
 
All I drink is water. It's all I have been drinking for the last couple of years. It's free and good for you and give you much more energy then other shit and makes you feel a lot better
 
When I first started drinking lots of water it would make me sick but after a while i got used to it and now I hate juice and other stuff. Except skim milk, green tea, and the occasional Sobe No Fear Sugar Free energy drinks i'm addicted too.
 
Water besides hydrating the body, helps flush toxins from the body. Toxins which may inhibit tissue repair and rebuilding. Another reason to drink more water if you want more growth.

Drinking too much water can be fatal. Typically, biofeedback mechanisms prevent an individual from consuming this much water, but drinking excessive quantities can change the pH of the blood and force cells to lyse (explode due to postcritical volume).
 
In order for water intake to be fatal it has to be an extreme amount. Something like 6 or more gallons per day. If you keep it to a sane amount ( 8-10 glasses), there is no risk.
 
Yeah, I'm not advocating drinking 8 liters a day... hell I think 2 would be a lot. But water is an essential part of our bodies, dick and cum loads included. Haha. All I know is I notice a difference when I drink more water.

Also regular exercise improves blood flow, another big positive for us Penis Enlargement'ers.
 
Not sick like, oh my god im gonna die sick or sick like throwing up it was just cause I didnt like it or how it tasted and I wasnt used to it and it would make me sick. Haha. understand?
 
And, If water flushes toxins that might have been a reason why. Just like if you start drinking wheat grass you have to drink small amounts cause it helps flush out toxins but, so much so that it can make you sick. I think it was just cause I didnt like water though. I could only drink it if I have been running around or something but now it's all I drink
