Epimedium IS horny goat weed, so scratch that. Actually, just like Vig-rx and all other penis pills, the doses are far too low. But, otherwise it would be ridiculously expensive. Arginine requires about 4 grams daily to see an appreciable effect. Tribulus requires about 1-3 grams to see a noticeable effect. Etc, Etc. I have researched many herbs, and have compiled a spreadsheet listing dosage, mechanism of action, and cost (of some popular brands).
