How to know when to take a Deconditioning break

As I mentioned earlier, I plan on "starting over" with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], but first, I am considering a deconditioning break. Is there any consensus on if this is a good idea? Or, if it is even necessary? I've been at Penis Enlargement for 3 years and have been really frustrated with my low level of gains.

Some take them, some don't. I don't think there is any scientific data on the subject so you will just have to find out on your own. I for one only take a break if I am really sore or unable to Penis Enlargement because of time.
 
If you've kept a journal of your Penis Enlargement activities and your condition (erection levels, workout quality, etc.) you'll be able to forecast when you may need a break. The things to look for and keep track of are known as "Physiological Indicators", and you can read more about them here.

I see no reason for it, just start the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] as is and in a few weeks review your routine to see if a change is important or stick with what you have. Big Al makes a good point, keeping a comprehensive record will only benefit these changes in routine.

Keeping a log also keeps you motivated. I have become quite OCD with it actually. I write down EVERYTHING and just can't bring myself to skip a day because of it.
 
Thanks for the replies.....I'm taking tomorrow off, then I'll start up MOnday as if I'm a beginner. It's time to re-set, go back to basics, and build from there. I've concluded that I 've been overtraining all this time.

It is the best way to map your gains, routines and exercises.
