Probably 23-24. My newb gains were crazy, but so was I at the time, but that was years ago before I got serious again a few months ago.
Haven't had a day off of PE in about 3 months (and I won't rest) and the results have been amazing in girth and length and I don't start the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] or clamping until next month (as scheduled). I have no doubt I'll reach my goals. I write my PE goal down 5 times a day, when I eat 3x and when I wakeup / go to sleep (along with all of my other goals).
So, very life changing indeed.
