how many times a week are kegels necessary?

the reason im asking is becaus , some people say they do them everyday .
and others say they do it every other day becaus if you do them everyday your overworking the muscle!?:(
 
Everyday. You are training more for endurance than size when it comes to the pelvic floor muscles so you want to train as often as possible (just like running a marathon).
 
thanks dld, one question tho . wouldnt training the pc everday be overtraining and weakn the muscle ?, im only asking becaus thats what i was told by someone.
 
I know what you're saying, but this isn't your typical muscle. I've been doing kegels everyday for the past 5 weeks and I've seen only gains (in strength) and no overtraining symptoms.

I used to literally do 1000's a day.
 
wow , dld when you were doing 1000's a day how were your erections ?
and while you were doing them 1000's a day do remember if you had better control over when you were going to ejaculate?
 
Hit them daily. Your PC doesn't have the same mass size as a typical muscle so comparing them want help you much. Also a strong PC muscle just means It can contract harder. Train it for edurance and it will be able to relax more, this is how you last longer.

I use to do them close to 1000 daily as well and nothing but erection progress was all I could note. I'm going to go back to that way of hammering my PC muscles. I believe a lot of my gains came from this. I use to overwork with clamping and I swear intense PC work saved my penis through that time.
 
Everyday with intense sessions every 2-3 days when you do pe such as [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workouts or clamping as they provide some resistance.
 
Once you get in the habit of doing them you will find yourself squeezing all day long.

They saved me when I use to do intense clamping daily. When I first got into clamping a had erections hard as concrete. Than I started adding more time to my clamping and EQ suffered. Than I would start doing kegels. As EQ got worse I would add more kegels to keep it in shape.

I was saying If I wouldn't have, My penis would be a soft slinky but kegels saved me rofl.
