How many hours of penis extending for 1" gain?
I can't really give you a log but try to shoot for 12 hours a day. I know it says 8 max but I've got a half inch nbpl gain in 2 months by just wearing it as much as possible. Try to work up to as many bars as you can. I use all the bars on mine but when I first got it I couldn't use all of them. I'm only 2 months in and expecting half inch or more of a gain on top of the previous gain in the next two months. Also when you take it off the restore blood flow every hour or so do some Manuel work for about 5 min. If you go by this, you might quit PE if you don't make the required one inch after meeting the targeted hours. Some people stretch harder than other, and those are the people that makes the most gains.

You should never only use an extender in your routine. At least do bundled stretches, before putting the extender on. You will see faster gains this way.
