So I've been told to take a length measurement in whatever position I am longest, and I know that will help to ensure consistent measurements, but I'm also curious what the official way is, i.e. the ways the famous penis studys did. I've read that those studies like the Kinsley and Lifestyle condoms ones were done standing up? But I think standing would give really inaccurate measurements depending on the guy's posture. I can appear to stand in the same position but just move my hips slightly and get an extra 1/2 inch, or suck in my stomach and lose a 1/2 inch. Also, were the guys allowed to kegel in those studies? because that can give me an extra 3/4" sometimes.
If those guys in the famous studies were standing, and I'm sitting and going for my longest measurement (which can be an inch longer than when I'm standing), I feel like I might be cheating if I'm comparing myself to the charts. Guess I'd like to know exactly how I compare with those studies by measuring like they did. Thanks
