I guess the best thing to do is approach him as a mature, grown up man and just talk to him about it. Say "Hey man, I'm real happy about how you're treating my cousin/ We're really close so she tells me alot of things, one of it being how diabetes has affected your life..." Keep it casual...slip him a piece of paper that will direct him to this forum and naturally, hes going to want to come here and get started. again keep it casual. If I were you, I'd explain to him that even YOU do it (even though im not quite sure if you do ) but just tell him for added comfort you know? I know if a cousin in law came up to me talking about this it would be a blow to me ego but not so long as he is cool about it and understanding. This is just what I would do.

That's a difficult one. I don't even know if it is something you should attempt.

Maybe try to pass it along the grapevine. Mention it to your gf's cousin maybe...and if this guy is really insecure about it and perhaps open to suggestions, she could say she "heard" of a site where they can help. Maybe?

Over my time in Penis Enlargement I have gained close to 4" inn erect size and close to two inches of girth...If I can do it so can he. I am not sure how you would tell him but perhaps a letter or something. He most certainly has inner penis and even if he is only able to gain two inches, it will put him with the other 90% of the average sized men.

Strangely enough, many men have a goal of average size and would give the world to be there while many of us are doing this to become monsters.

Perhaps but didn't he just tell her his penis is small. I think he would take it as a gift. If a guy has no arm and there is something he can do to fix it then hearing that there is help for him would be incredible. If I have one arm don't pretend like there is 2. If my girl came to me with a Penis Enlargement site, that could potentially make me average or beyond I would grab it. There is no denial here, at least as far as I can tell.
