One important thing is that it has small elongation bars to add. Then you don´t have to make huge steps when you add bars.

Personally I'd go with the vac-extender with the auto-v stretch. It's really quite easy to use, very comfortable, and is multi-functional. It's a very solid piece and offers much more than just an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. i bought the Proextender and can say it is comfortable enough but compared to hanging I would not even bother. I know a lot of people recommend it heavily and maybe it is preference... but To me if you are alone and have the time to train do sets of hanging or manuals. Personally i would not plan on wearing this thing out and about because it just does not really work (at least for me)
