Higher erection angle

Is there an exercise that will get you a higher erection angle? I'm at 9 o'clock now and would like a 11 o'clock erection angle. I was thinking higher angle stretches that target the tunica would help along with kegels, but if anyone knows for sure I would appreciate it.

While erect, place a body towel or a damp(wet) face towel on your penis, go right into a kegel routine. The towel may move from the kegels so you will have to readjust it during the routine.

The resistance of the towel will make the kegels more intense.

*TIP: If you use a damp towel, ring it out so the water isn't dripping all over the place. :s

those toilet paper rolls sound good except from what I read, it is supposed to inserted at full erection and arent there a lot of guys with 6 inch girth etc.. ? I know I am 5 and 1/2 or so and I wont fit in a standard tp roll .. Am I missing something ?
