I think to lose the fat pad, one would have to follow in the footsteps of DLD--a lifestyle-altering physical regimen, (I'm not going to use the word "diet" here), combined with some kind of spiritual program. It takes tremendous dedication, discipline and good fortune to lose, and then to keep from gaining back, thirty pounds or so of body weight. There are so many forces out there to battle in this regard.
 
my starting size was barely 6 inches bone pressed :O i just found an old measured pic.

ive gained almost 2 inches in length since then :cool:
