hey guys should i be worried?

ive been doing a clamping routine for a few weeks now, and after training on monday my erections are really bad. i didnt do anything particuarly stressfull, just had 2 days rest before that session. well i tested my erection last night by taking viagra and it was very weak say 70% is this a normal clampiung injury? should i rest until my erections are solid again?
oh btw my erections also feel much thinner, as if ive lost girth!!!! its actually a wierd feeling because the cc chambers feel hard, but my dick looks/feels soft.

How do you clamp do you clamp for say an hour with no breaks or do you clamp in say 10 minute intervals for an hour???
 
Evo i started getting this and i just took a week off and my erections went back to normal,i do short sessions now no more than 30 mins and only do 4 sessions a week at most and ive had no problems since.

ok thanks. im a little less concerned now.
deon, my sessions were quite light. basically one 20 minute set, last week i had no problems at all, and after 2 days rest it seems like ive caused damage.

im actually hoping that it is a defence mechanism by the body to prevent further injury, instead of something permanent. anyway ive decided to take a decon break now maybe 2 months. will give IPR a shot when i start back. thanks for your help
 
yep. just a normal clamp. anyway my erections are nearly back to normal thank god! still sticking to the decon though, will do me good :)one thing about not training though, is that you feel like your penis is turtling all the time. when i suppose its not - its just your "actual" (non trained) flaccid. oh well never mind lol
 
prince Albert- you find that cutting back on girth, your still able to make permenant gains.

Do you find at all that their is a piont that less or not as much is just as good or better.

I cut back my girth routine from 1 hour 2xdaily to 1/2 hour in the mornings and 3,4 x's a week a second one at night.
