Help with the auto extender

Just got my Max Vac hanger and had a hell of a time putting it on. I followed the instructions on the web site and still had trouble.
I got to the point where I got the sheath on to the cylinder and with the excess tube I rolled it like a condom and tried to get that onto the cylinder. God Damn! It took me forever to get that thing onto the cylinder. Once I finally did get it on to the cylinder I inserted my penis into the cylinder and tried unrolling the tube but it did not work. The tube buches up and it wont move.(Hard to explain)Also had a hell of a time getting it off.

So I was wondering if anybody can give me a full detail on how to put it on and take it off. I know I just got it so it will take some practice but still just want a better idea on how to put it on. Are there any tricks you guys do to get it working for you? I really want to get started on hanging so any info would be great.

If your having difficulty putting the sheath on the cylinder, than you don't have a max-vac, you must mean the other one...
 
OK.. sorry for bad mouthing the max vac. IT IS NOT THE MAX VAC. Is there any way to rename the post. Feel kinda embarrassed.

Sorry just looked it up and it is the Vacumm Hanger from auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Can anybody give me help with this hanger then. Or maybe I should get the Max Vac because evrybody says its the most comftorable. I just got it so I still have time to send it back.

i know what you mean when you write "bunches up" and it really isn't to much of a strain to get this right.

getting the sleeve over the cylinder is not a stroll in the park, so when its on keep it on until its bin time.

the sleeves are cut to a customized friendly length, so any given guy can snip it to fit his needs. i have been cutting the sleeve so that roughly 3 inches will drape off it. you will find it far easier to roll and pull onto the cylinder once you've cut off some excess. obviously snip a little bit at a time so you don't waste a sleeve.

Just tried my first hanging session last night. I did go on ahead and cut about 4 inches off the tube that way it was alot easier to roll up. Still had trouble getting it on to the cylinder but I figured it out. It still bundled up when I got it on the shaft but I was able to roll it on a little bit.

Another question is should I unroll the tube once it is on the penis so that the whole penis is covered with the cylinder or should Ionly go half way?

This is up to you. On a thread at the autoextender site Monkeybar claims that it is better to not unroll the sleeve entirely if a sufficient grip has already been established. That is, and you will certainly experience this for yourself with time, that how far you unroll the sleeve will dictate, to some extent, the stresses which you will experience on your penis. EX. unrolling the sleeve entirely will shunt some of the tension away from the 'inner-penis' and to superficial skin.

Ok just to give an update. I went on ahead and had a great session last night. I hung for about 2sets of 30 min with a ten min brake.I hung with 5 lbs.
All I have to say is boy I love hanging. I can feel that srtecth the whole time(cant wait to move up to heavier weights, yes I am going to hang for about 5 and then in a month move up to 7. Slow and steady right?)

I tried experimenting with the position of the weight. When it's straight down I swing left to right so the weight would. I tried doing front and back. I also tried lifting one leg at a time up on a stool to get a different stretch.
I tried getting a long rope and throwing the weight over my shoulder to get that upward stretch.
My question is.. when most people hang do they hang straight down or do they try to do variations? I liked doing the over the shoulder hang because I feel I am lacking in upward stretches.

Another is does anyone aply DLD's plyometric stretches to hanging? What I mean is does anybody lift the weight up about a foot from its normal hanging position and let go. I dont think I shoild do this yet as I just started hanging but just want some info.

"slow and steady" YES! although you could move up to a pound every week or so if you are not grimacing when you hang, or it feels right(you will know if its wrong)

i have only hung btc. some hang multipule angles throughout the day, some, like myself, hang the same angle for months. experiment and decide which you feel will be most benificial.

unless you want a big, angry water blister, DO NOT drop the weight from any height at anytime. i wasn't aware DLD did that, but he used a Bib to hang, not a vacuum hanger; very different rules apply.

Thanks Reber. I will try to find a comftorable hanging position and hang there.

Thanks in regard to the plyometric..I dont know if DLD ever did this with a hanger he just did it with manual strecthing. I'm not going to do this now because I dont want a water blister, from what I heard they dont sound too pleasant.

It works, essentially, as a suction device. When the glans is placed in the cylinder, and with subsequent movements, excess air extant in the cylinder is pushed out -- thus creating a vacuum. This vacuum/suction is mainteded by the encompassing 'sleeve'. I hope this helped. It really is the simplest imaginable device. But, as penilepersist has said elsewhre, 'simplicity is genius'.
 
well it wont be long till i get a card now anyways so i'l wait a bit. and if i could just bother you with another question, how do u take the pump off, i mean you create a vacuum to keep it on then how would you undo that to take it off?

There is a hole bored into the hanging cylinder. This hole is, while hanging, covered with a portion of the elastic sheath. When you want to kill the vacuum, just pull the sheath from over the bored hole.
