I drive around a lot for work so I like to get my kegel exercises in while just cruising. I just wanted to make sure I was doing them right. It seems like for me it take a ton of kegels before I start feeling anything. Eventually I can feel my PC muscle having a really warm sensation but not complete muscle type burn where I can't continue on. Also after a few minutes it feels like it gets a lot harder to really squeeze the PC, I have to concentrate really hard and it seems like my stomach/lower ab muscles are being worked as well.

When doing kegels do you get to a point where the burn/contraction is so intense that you can't go on? I can usually go for like 20 minutes, just that the longer I go the more I have to really concentrate on isolating the PC, but I never get to the "oh shit I can't possibly do another kegel" point.

So am I doing this right or do kegels actually bring you to a point of muscle exhaustion/fatigue?

There are a couple of ways to see if you're doing kegels correctly. One is to mimic the action of cutting off the flow of urine. Another would be to raise your penis up and down as shown HERE in this "Towel Raises" [which is another great strengthening/stamina exercise] instruction video.

Note that overtraining the PC/BC can cause injury and ED. You should not do kegels to physical exhaustion unless you're an advanced trainee. Work up to your goals reasonably.

Correct. This is where you want to get to. I can kegel for just about as long as you when I get the burning sensation and a while after that I start to become fatigued. I do them all the time and I am not even conscious of it. Also, remember there is no better time to do length work than in an exhausted state, after PC work. This allows the ligaments to be stretched without the pelvic floor muscles getting in the way. Whenever we stretch the Pelvic Floor Muscles take up much of the intensity. It is because of the PC muscles that many do not get a thorough length workout as the pelvic muscles are working against the ligs. If the muscles are pre-exhausted then nothing stands in the way of ligament stretching.

wow doing alot of kegels before a hanging session be a good thing to try?

That is one of the key parts of DLD Blasters. The PC in the suBathmateissive state of complete exhaustion will allow you to hit your ligaments so much better.
