I will try to buy a clamp tomorrow, but there is one thing I really would like to know. When I am flaccid, my penis is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo small. Yes, its that small and I want to know if a clamp will help me with my length and girth gains. has it worked for anyone here?

There are various sizes of clamps so I am sure you will find one that fits in both flaccid and erect states. I do not know a lot about clamping exercise so I can't address your exercise question.
