I know a lot of you are going to say I have nothing to worry about, but I'm a little self conscious about my girth.
I'm a little over 8 inches bone pressed, but I only have a flat 5 inches of girth. I'm only looking to gain maybe about 1/4 inch, maybe 1/2 inch.
I know it sounds weird, but I think 5.5 inches is truly ideal even though I'm only half an inch away from it. ?
What would be the best exercise?
