If you ejaculate after the pumping through masturbation, of course it will shrink. When serotonin kicks in after ejaculation, your body places the penis into preservation mode. Also my "big" expansion faded away after masturbation. Only 0.4' left

Kegels inside the pump helps to increase internal pressure further. It keeps the penis as hard as possible. So yes, it does help. The question is, do you kegel inside pump? Will it help? Does it help?
Debatable in my opinon, I personally don't like it and haven't read that it would be better. I know one other Vet that says not to do it, you are already under so much pressure, why risk it?The question is, do you kegel inside pump? Will it help? Does it help?
"Fatigue" wording is harder for me to understand in this concept of healthy PE and maybe taken out of content for me to understand. In general fatigue for me is more of a burnout feeling and that is not PE. This is where I say you can better say "Good" workout/ Push hard but not Over Push. Night and day difference in that statement. I think you are describing more a "Good" workout or a good and nice and smooth Pushing Hard segment of your routine. I think that Over push, and Fatigue are closely related and not recommended in PE from my standpoint.Based on what I have read, is that "if you fatigue your penis beyond a measure, then you add growth". This is what I have understood to be honest. This is the reason I tried to fatigue it.
In where? To pump? errect ofc yes
Exactly correct. Kegels bring more blood into the penis which causes much more expansion. It will also bring harder erectionsKegels inside the pump helps to increase internal pressure further. It keeps the penis as hard as possible. So yes, it does help.
No. I mean fatigue. My penis was hurting the next day to the point I could resume PE but rather not for me. Truth is I firmly believe based on my noob experiments that if I took advantage of this fatigue and do again PE next day, that would bring extra points to penis when you were about to heal. The survival mechanism activates taking Into account you are healthy but hey this is my crazy theory and I haven't got an inch so please take my words lightly and as something to discuss rather than blindly believing what I said ."Fatigue" wording is harder for me to understand in this concept of healthy PE and maybe taken out of content for me to understand. I don’t get that, in fact my penis always hangs both lower and fuller if I jerk off 1 or 2 hours after pumping. If you ejaculate after the pumping through masturbation, of course it will shrink. When serotonin kicks in after ejaculation, your body places the penis into preservation mode.
Hyaluronic acid is merely a filler. It does contain collagen, but the collagen is not used by the body. It acts more like a buffer, or rather a filler, for your skin. The body does use a small portion of the free collagen to act as a temporary resource when it's in dire need. So, yes, it does matter when it comes to using what's missing in dire situations. But no, it does not matter if your body has a good dietary plan.Does hyaluronic acid or good concentration of hyaluronic acid plays role in penis enlargement? Does it matter ?
Or does collagen matters ?
Why not go back to that line up?I am talking not to add it as enlargement method but as a healing method (collagen or hyaluronic) because based on my data I have found that the reason I am not seeing growth is because of my own ifflamation in the body and the crp proactive protein.
I remember when I took some gains my body did not have ifflamations and I was taking enormous vitamins to have this growth.
The past time I did not have any growth I never took these vitamins and I was on strict diets.
So the question is this. Is this possible if my body isn't heal itself on other parts or it does not matter?
How can I am sure my hypothesis is right ?
Because I am not an expert like you. You are a true expert. You had so much time doing so many things and you know so so so much better. If you say that this may happen and I ll restart PE starting with my own ifflamation. I am just trying to not put many failures again to my mind because for every failure I get frustrated. I am a human being after all.Why not go back to that line up?
Continue doing what your doing and add intensity as you can.Because I am not an expert like you. You are a true expert. You had so much time doing so many things and you know so so so much better. This is why we are encouraging to have detailed info on diets and supplements tracking. Good that you've been doing so. If you are seeing inflammation because of the CPR (C-reactive protein by the way), that means your diets may have cause the reactivity, such as glutens, nightshade family plants, or even certain amino acids which includes collagen.I am talking not to add it as enlargement method but as a healing method (collagen or hyaluronic) because based on my data I have found that the reason I am not seeing growth is because of my own ifflamation in the body and the crp proactive protein.
Looks like you're hitting a mystery to your growth. This is why us PE brothers are discussing about supplements like crazy in multiple posts. We load our blood up with every possible bioavailable materials we can, and when the blood is in the penis, the penile cells will take whatever they need to repair and restore. Diets can't concentrate the amount of bioavailable materials like supplements, unfortunately.I remember when I took some gains my body did not have ifflamations and I was taking enormous vitamins to have this growth.
The past time I did not have any growth I never took these vitamins and I was on strict diets.
You're hitting the issues head on. Yes, it didn't heal properly because it didn't can't extract enough bioavailable resources from the blood. Your diets are not loading enough materials, like collagen-rich and other amino acids, vitamins, or even things as simple as oxygen load. Have you been taking your vitals lately? What is your oxygen percentage? above 90? Below 90? Ah..the hidden mystery surfaces. So the question is this. Is this possible if my body isn't heal itself on other parts or it does not matter?
Your hypothesis is not just right, but you're on the right track to solve some unique issues that most don't even consider. Welcome to biomedical and biochemical sides of PE. Now you know what I've been doing for the past 2+ decades behind the scene. How can I am sure my hypothesis is right ?
I don't understand. Intensity on what ? On pump? More pressure ? On ssj ? Put more power ? On sets ? Can you please explain ?Continue doing what your doing and add intensity as you can.
As you feel more comfortable with what your doing add time and intensity. More power, more time. Take your time to get there, there is never a reason to go beyond your training until necessaryI don't understand. Intensity on what ? On pump? More pressure ? On ssj ? Put more power ? On sets ? When the penis goes into a relaxed state before you permanently cement the gains, the visible temporary gains can swing back and forth quite easily. You didn't lose it. It merely goes back to a relax appearance. It doesn't take much to get the temporary gain size back after a bit do PE routines. What you gained already set in motion. It's about making it permanently with a bit more work.I am very confused. A while ago my penis was "bigger" (girthier) and now it is a CM thinner.
is it possible my penis holds 1 whole CM for a while after I do PE? I mean, holding it like 1 week or so?
is it possible I lost this 1 cm because I stopped? It will take that much time to take it back?
