Head Ring and Leather Cock Ring Strap all day?

I was wondering if you guys think it's okay to wear it all day? I mean my pump stays pretty much all day which is awesome and kind of thought it as like a safe priapsm? I keep the pump which is causing me to gain but I'm not in danger.

Priapism is an issue of constant pressure. The inlet is always putting in more than can go out through the constricted outlets.

Keeping the pump may be no more than restricting the flow of lymphatic fluid attracted to the region from pumping. This fluid is between the skin and the tunicae which means it has no affect on the true size of the erect penis. Serious pumpers do this in order to keep the fluid retained. The next time they pump they will add more. Eventually they get a very thick but spongy penis.

However, areas of the body which are restricted from normal blood flow tend to increase blood vessels in order to transport more blood (as long as everything is otherwise operating normally). This increase of vessels would also increase the mass of the penis. Of course once the restrictions are lifted it's quite possible the body will reabsorb the 'temporary' vessels.

Cock ring will only keep in fluid retention and it will not keep the internal structure of your penis expanded. The body will also increase the actually amount of blood vessels if blood flow is restricted. Of course this must be done in a controlled way and be watched closely or permanent damage will result

Shorter yes, but not what I was trying to say: the cock ring will not produce force for growth. It will restrict lymph flow however since it constricts mostly at the skin-level.
