Ive got a question. When i stretch i feel like theres alot of pressure in my glans and the harder i stretch the more the pressure builds up. It is a little uncomfortable and i dont want to hurt myself but i feel like this keeps me from getting a good stretch in. When i stretch i pull back the shaft skin and grab my penis about an inch above the glans and stretch. Am i doing something wrong to get this feeling or is it normal? This pressure makes it hard to stretch because i feel pain in the glans from the pressure before im able to actually stretch as in i have to ease up on the stretch alot and thats not going to do me any good. I need to be able to get a good full stretch without feeling this pain.

I grab DIRECTLY behind the glans. I'm literally pulling by my dickhead.
 
That is the preferred position, also keep in mind using the other hand, to anchor the stretch, by stabilizing it at the base will really help with stretching intensity.
 
Do you think doing the mandingo and expressive stretching at the same time is a good stretch? In other words, getting yourself in the mandingo position while grabbing your package and pulling.
 
right on. I think it should be the norm to do stretches at glans and base, not just the glans. much more intensity.
 
Every opportunity that you have to anchor a stretch with a hand at the base you should. I provides not only stability but it enhances the expressive nature of the stretch.

I used the anchor today and DAMN..much better stretch. Everyone should be anchoring at the base and pulling under the glans

Indeed! I should have exemplified the anchor more when describing the stretch but since it is in every video I figured men would catch on

Buy a length master and attach it right beneath the glans. Use it for 20 minutes per session and do so twice daily making 40 minutes per day.
