After 4-5 sets I really feel the intensity and can tell I have had a good work out all day long, but not to the point of pain. I work out every morning before work without days off. I was just wondering others thoughts, and if any one had tried it. I go in flaccid and mostly warm up during the first two sets, but the remaining three are very intense and I have almost no fluid retention. I attribute the minimal retention to using the Vacu-vin mod and pumping up to over max [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] pressure and holding for 10-15 seconds prior to releasing pressure and beginning the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I am only going for girth, and any length is a bonus to me because the length is coming slowly and I just want to be 7.5X7.5. Currently I am at 6.2EL and 5.6EG and I started at 5.5EL and not sure of EG but have made noticeable progress. Has anyone tried this jelq technique? What are your thoughts on it?
