It would seem like that would be a definite yes. Only thing with having the lig surgury though is that I've heard from more than one source that it makes your penis "unstable". In other words, you kind of end up with a 'floppy' erection because the ligament/s that are cut for the surgery are no longer doing their job supporting the penis when erect. I've considered the surgery myself, but dont like the sound of that.

I think there is much more to be gained from stretching the ligaments (where you all by the way, appear to be pioneers in the field) as opposed to cutting them. I have also read that not only will the erection point downward, it only creates the illusion of a bigger penis by allowing the flaccid size to hang 1-1.5" lower. In other words, the erection won't be any bigger and it will point downward. Moreover, the supplementary procedure of injecting fat to increase girth is problematic in that over time the fat is reabsorbed into the body. In the worst cases, this reabsorption is not uniform, creating a lumpy penis. There are some newer grafting techniques for girth, but only time will tell their efficacy.

And we haven't even broached the subject of cost and the prevalence of malpractice.

I can only assume the Andrology industry will not endorse natural Penis Enlargement, even in the face of empirical evidence, because they know it would undermine their ability to cut your dick ligaments for a few thousand dollars.

I think we can probably all agree it's a better investment to give DLD and his good people fifty beans for the lifetime membership.
