Progress thread HangLo: Back with a Vengeance

Day 47: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 8 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 2x20 minutes

I have been having trouble managing time to the point where a couple of days out of the week, my routine is not all the way finished. Will this effect my potential gains if one to three days out of the week is like the workout above?


REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Got it. Thanks DLD! I've been really trying to ride the fatigue. It's difficult with unwanted days off

Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 3x20 minutes, 2.2kg (5lbs) - 1x20 minutes
Jelqing - 5 minutes
ADS - 4 hours

Sure thing DLD. I was testing out the waters to see the difference of warm up stretches. While the DLD blasters are killer, the LM bundled stretches really help.

Thanks for the updates, @HangLo11x7 ! I am in the same boat as far as consistency goes over the past 6 years....this gives me the motivation to put a new solid plan in place. Let's inspire and support each other!

By the way, your starting state is my goal! (~7 x 5.7)...(clap)

I wish every brother would get a Lengthmaster! It is such an incredible tool for length.

Looking nice! I think that routine is going to pay dividends for sure...are you actually "warming up" with a heat source or a microwaved rice sock? That initial heat really helped me loosen everything up, especially before a LengthMaster session.

I’m not sure if you were up on this yet or not but let me just put it here in case. I have replaced most warm-ups with bundled stretching. Starting out light and getting more intense over a five minute period before I train. This is a wonderful warm up because it pre-stretch is the Tunica allowing for so much more growth to be taken up. But I’m pretty sure you already know this.

Thank you brother! Yes, I use a heating pad before the actual warm up and in between hanging sessions. Bundled stretches help a lot!
