Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 8 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 4x20 minutes
Hydromax7 - 8 minutes - 90% pressure
Upped the time on bundled stretches and went from 360 degree twist to 180. I found that 180 is better because I can feel the good strain on the ligaments when I stretch.
