Day 38: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 8 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 4x20 minutes
Hydromax7 - 8 minutes - 90% pressure

Upped the time on bundled stretches and went from 360 degree twist to 180. I found that 180 is better because I can feel the good strain on the ligaments when I stretch. Really nice strain on the tunica when hanging was over, could also feel the inner penis being strained. But very slight feeling in lig
 
Day 39: A.M.

Warm up - Power Assist stretches - 5 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 4x20 minutes
Hydromax7 - 7 minutes 85% pressure

Wanted to mix it up a bit with the Power Assist to target the ligaments. The results were good

I just love the PowerAssist that was the first version of the Lengthmaster?? There are so many incredible exercises in the PA thread that can be done with the LM. Thanks for your awesome post my brother.

No need to thank me DLD. I also like the amount of stretches used for the PA. One of my favourites is the rockstar stretch

I love the rock star stretch LOL when I created it I couldn’t think of anything else but playing a guitar in a rock band ? it was like my big rock solo LOL rock on my brother!

I have been having trouble managing time to the point where a couple of days out of the week, my routine is not all the way finished. Will this effect my potential gains if one to three days out of the week is like the workout above?
