Like indicators showing that I'm not doing too much from my routine. For example, not getting morning erections could mean that I'm possibly doing too much with my routine. But if I'm doing the right amount, I shouldn't have problems with morning erections. I'm worried that this may be the case for me, since I stupidly ignored my body. I've come so far and I would hate to stop. But if I have to I would go back to the basics for a whileThat makes me very happy that you’re getting such a good intensity. Really? I'm not getting any of that (xd)OK I understand what you’re saying. Indicators of growth are usually soreness at the base, fatigue, hair growing up the shaft, a more stretchable feeling, just a general feeling of more heaviness, maybe some white stretch marks.

Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 7 minutes
Hanging - 2.2kg (5lbs) - 2x20 minutes
Extender - Aiming for 4 hours a day at moderate tension, 2 hours at a time for the next month or so
YES!!! It was great. I measured after the routine for the fun of it and it was a nbpel increase from 17cm to 17.5cm. I was so excited to see thatThis looks like a great routine and very easy to follow. You’ve got the SRT length portion in full effect!
