Jelqing - 5 minutes
MityVac - 3x5 minute sets
Jelqing - 5 minutes

I was very happy with this pumping session. Didn't have much time for the usual routine, so I just decided to pump. Hit just under 21 cm in the tube! Ready to get there constantly
 
Day 139: A.M.
Warm up - PowerAssist stretches - 5 minutes
Hanging - none
Extending - 5.5 hours
Jelqing - 3 minutes
MityVac - 3x5 minutes
Jelqing - 5 minutes

Decided to mess around with unused devices, so I was able to enlarge my glans with the largest size master pro bell and a sizedoctor sleeve just keeping it on for a couple of hours at a time. My glans drastically improved! Erect glans girth went from 12cm to 14.5cm. I have to say, it was quite fun and looked great in both flaccid and erect states
 
I’m really loving this routine and where you’re going with it. I especially like that you’re using power assist stretches, they go so unnoticed. Some of the most powerful length exercises are fulcrum exercises. Keep up the good work.

Extending - 9 hours
Jelqing - 5 minutes
MityVac - 1x15 minutes at 5hg
Jelqing - 5 minutes
ADS - Rest of the day

Shooting for 9 hours today since I have more time than usual. Currently wearing rod extender and it has a great stretch. Going to do 3 to 4 hours at a time since it is a vac mod

Thanks DLD. One thing I had to learn and still learn in PE is that I have to put in the work. And if what I do doesn't work, I gotta find something else that does. I'm just now truly understanding that it is a journey instead of a quick road trip.

Bathmate - 8 minutes at 95% pressure

Just got done with 9 hours and the fatigue is amazing. I hope I can keep this up

fatigue equals gains! Whenever were able to stretch during a state of fatigue there’s nothing holding back that stress because your pelvic floor muscles are way too tired.
 
It is sad to say I need to step away from PE for a little but. Some injuries coupled with personal problems have hindered me from staying active up here. I will be back as soon as I can

Chin up bro, it happens to us all, there are much more important things happening other than PE, especially if injured, stay safe and come back soon bud

Extender - 6 hours, 3 hours each with no tension

Slowly getting back into it. Feels good

De-conditioning was something I needed. I get too excited and tend to overdo it to try and "win the race" so to speak. Let's see how this new approach goes.
