Progress thread HangLo: Back with a Vengeance

Day 47: A.M.
Warm up - LengthMaster bundled stretches - 8 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) - 2x20 minutes

I have been having trouble managing time to the point where a couple of days out of the week, my routine is not all the way finished. Will this effect my potential gains if one to three days out of the week is like the workout above?


REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Got it. Thanks DLD! I've been really trying to ride the fatigue. It's difficult with unwanted days off

Sure thing DLD. I was testing out the waters to see the difference of warm up stretches. While the DLD blasters are killer, the LM bundled stretches really help.

Thanks for the updates, @HangLo11x7 ! I am in the same boat as far as consistency goes over the past 6 years....this gives me the motivation to put a new solid plan in place. Let's inspire and support each other!

By the way, your starting state is my goal! (~7 x 5.7)...(clap)

Thank you for keeping up with the thread brother! I'm glad you've found motivation. I agree, let's inspire and support each other ? I hope to see your thread soon! Let's have a race on who gets gains first (xd) And thank you for the compliment hahaha
 
Looking nice! I think that routine is going to pay dividends for sure...are you actually "warming up" with a heat source or a microwaved rice sock? That initial heat really helped me loosen everything up, especially before a LengthMaster session.

I’m not sure if you were up on this yet or not but let me just put it here in case. I have replaced most warm-ups with bundled stretching. Starting out light and getting more intense over a five minute period before I train. This is a wonderful warm up because it pre-stretch is the Tunica allowing for so much more growth to be taken up. But I’m pretty sure you already know this.

Thank you brother! Yes, I use a heating pad before the actual warm up and in between hanging sessions. Bundled stretches help a lot!

Heating pad it was my best friend in my early days. I am really hoping that were able to create our own heating pad because I think it’s a very powerful tool when used in the proper way.

They are great! I really feel the stretch, especially in the ligaments when it is a btc stretch. It helps reach fatigue quicker, that's for sure

I’m glad you’re reaching that state of fatigue quickly as it is the best place to be when stretching. I’m also sorry for missing your last few posts but I’ve been in a weird place lately with my time. I’ll try to be on every day after this and I apologize for my lack of being here.

Not to worry DLD, I haven't been up here myself. These are some stressful times we are living in, your health and well being should come first ?

It’s just at the point now where I don’t know what day it is what time it is, it’s just crazy. I can’t wait until they take these stupid quarantine orders off. This is been the biggest fucking hoaxes in all of world history! The virus is real but the panic and the push for draconian laws is becoming worse and worse.

A buddy of mine sent photos of empty shelves in markets. It is insane!

70 days in. Only 20 more days until I finally measure. I have got to admit, I'm nervous that I have not gained anything

Exactly, keep the faith my brother! I pray that you make some great gains! If you don’t get to the place you want to be don’t be discouraged, it only means you need to change things up. One thing I can guarantee you is over the past 20 years I have never given up on anybody and anybody that has struggled and come to me for help has always been able to make growth happen.
