My first one scared me to death, cause I wasn't expecting it. I wasn't trying some high tension stretch, but had been coming off a layoff. I though I had turned 6" into 18" when I felt that little give.
As far as gains, I've always heard they're not an indication of good or poor gains either way. It would seem to me that it would indicate a decent stretch.

Of course, I am working as hard as I can to reach that goal in 6 months, I know the chances are kind of slim. If I don't reach the goal by 6 months, I definitely will keep going, because I expect to see at least some gains.
