Hi!!! Very nice pics and that is a huge size to start at!! Can I recommend that you use a wooden ruler? A tape measure is really unreliable since it cant be pressed on really hard. I can tell you right now that if you are measuring 8 with a tape measure then you are probably really 8.25 inches long, at least.
 
Thanks for the advice, it has been a long time since I have seen a wooden ruler, lol.
I’ll try to find one cause like you say I cant really push hard with the tape.
One quick question, it may sound dumb but does a dick can shrink a little with
age? In my early twenties I remember have measured a solid 8,5. Or maybe the erection
is just not as hard as it used to be. anyway thanks again.

Welcome Bigwil, you are starting at a size that a lot of guys here would like to have, myself included. You have landed on the best site for PE, IMO

It is very just to see how much bigger it can get over time.
for now I dont have any proper device to do PE.
but that is the quick setup I came up with.

No worries BW, I think the language is fine. You are right that most people want bigger no matter where they start. As for equipment, there are a lot of guys here that made incredible gains without any equipment.

Getting an accurate measurement almost requires an 'assistant' (I prefer slender/curvy dark-haired ones for this :))...holding an iPhone/ruler/cock all while trying to maintain the highest possible EQ is truly a feat! (then you can add 'ruler-phobia' to compound the angst, lol).

I don't think you lose size as you age, but other variables can come into-play, i.e. weight gain, EQ, weight gain :) Spend some time reading through the forums and develop a plan that fits your goals as well as lifestyle...you'll be amazed at the initial signs of gains.

The penis is camera shy and we always want the best pictures so we work against ourselves in this process. The way I measure is to trick the penis. Once I am at my hardest I will quickly grab a ruler, before my penis notices :) You have a great starting size and from hear on it is all cream for you. I would best advise you to study two threads that will teach you 16 years worth of knowledge in a single read.

the picture-posting can be a bit 'fiddly'...try using the 'go advanced' feature and then 'manage attachments' then upload from there
