hey i gotta question,
right now, the grip on my penis (when i grab the glans), i pull some foreskin forward and then pull, is this correct or should i just grip right behind the head and pull w/o any foreskin?
 
I prefer gripping right behind the glans. For some men this is uncomfortable but over time the skin will get used to it. In extreme cases where it is too painful a bit of foreskin is fine.

So, you don't grab much skin, but pretty much the solid, meaty portion of the chambers? When I first started, I gripped in the middle part of the glans. Basically, I just put a death grip on my head. I believe it was SWM that explained one should grip behind the glans to actually stretch the chambers.
 
I'm circumsized, but I still try to pull all skin back when getting a grip for stretching. If I got skin in my grip, it pinches and hurts me. Plus, it gets all the rest of the skin on the shaft involved in the stretch, thus taking away from it's effectiveness.
 
Personally, I like threads that rehash these basic subject matters, because it's amazing to learn how we all do these things a little differently and the reasoning behind it. Good for all our gains.

My left thumb was injured many years ago so I grip the head with left hand and behind with the right so I get 2 different kind of stretches (for better or worse) on each session.
 
I too have done my own version of a two-hand grip, particularly when I feel like I'm not getting a real good pull and I want a little more force without overdoing it.

That is what I meant. I pull the forskin back and grab right below the cornal ridge.
 
behind the cornal ridge? is that behind the glans? hehe, I tried to stretch this way and woah did it feel alot more! I've been gripping WITH the foreskin, I feel the stretch in my whole penis now, it's supposed to feel in the whole penis right? My glans needs some adapting to this :)

I duno i tried it last night gripping right behind the glans with no foreskin(i usually grip reight behind the head but with foreskin covering it) and i dont think i got as good of a stretch. i only got 1 of those white stretch lines and i didnt feel it as much. i couldnt pull as hard either though. ill keep trying it this way until i can pull just as hard as i was the other way and then ill decide if i want to go back or not. could i still gain doing it the way i was b4?
