Hi guys, I have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] right now and I'd like to know what would be the best routine for my goals. I want to gain 1-1.5 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. Should I focus on either length or girth or I can do both with great results? Keep in mind I cant were the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] at work so i use it as sonn as I get home. since I cant use it for 8h, my routine is:

1 Hour wearing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]
Remove [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]
30 Rotary Stretches
5 Downward Stretches (30 seconds each)
5 Upward Stretches (30 seconds each)

repeat 3-5 times depending on how much time I have left.

I finish off with a 15-20 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session.


Few things I'd like to know: Is it normal if my glans become blue? If i stretch very light I have no issues, but If I go for max length, my head become blue. Is it normal?

Another things I'd like to know is: I'm almost 7" BPEL, is it better to stretch for a longer period (6-8h) at lets say 7" without any big discomfort or should I stretch to 7.25" with big discomfort and having to remove the device after 1h or less?

Last question (for now haha) is about the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. Hey Split, I like the routine, I have some things that should be included but overall it looks good. With your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] you want to use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] 5x5x3 routine, it will bring girth gains so much faster. Next, it is far better to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at 7.25 for an hour than 7" for 4 hours. When in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you always want to be a bit longer than your BPEL. With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] expect at least .25" of temp growth but it could be as much as 1" or more. Before both length and girth routine get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches. Also, get in 5 minutes, 3 times a week of Erect Stretching. Other than that everything looks good.

Has to be tight to hold the stretch, right? Also, is it important to use the whole wrap or I can just use half of it, because its a bit too big in my pants lol.

It is a balancing act and if you have a wife and a active sex life it can be a great balancing act.

You always want to be in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] longer than your erect, bone-pressed length. How far? As much as possible.

how can I get my EQ back? When I started stretching my EQ was like 110% rock hard. Now I can still have a boner but I'm like at 100% for 5-10 secs and I can't keep a hard erection. Any advices?

In this case yes but that does not need to be the future answer. Start to put some real effort into Kegels and build the strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles, this will aid in EQ. Also edging is another great way to increase EQ. Now remember this, poor EQ (fatigue) is the best time to stretch as there is no resistance from the Pelvic Floor Muscles, so as you are awaiting the return of good EQ stretch the crap out of your flaccid penis!

And if you have an active sex life it is important to plan your training around this so you have good eq. This will take some experimenting but you will get it down.

Personally, I would. I have been doing a lot of reading and will be compiling all info in a very long post in he near future I think. Long story short, our collagen fibers can become trained to elongate, however immobility is harmful. So to just sit there and allow turtling and immobility would be negative as opposed to remaining lengthened in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jims[/words].

Erect stretching is done by hand. Simply get erect and stretch straight out and hold for 60 second. Repeat 5 times. Every one here should be doing Bundled Stretches, newbies to veterans, they are a important part of gaining. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] does not crush your penis, the chamber is rounded inside, leaving room for your penis and wrap. The most important part of learning the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] is learning to wrap. If you are going to hang you will want to get in multiple sets of 20 minutes, at least 3 sets. This will be a lot of work in addition to your planned routine. So I would do one or the other.

so to begin my PE journey I should stick with the routine I posted before and once I hit a plateau I can add hanging to the mix?

That sounds like the smartest move unless you have unlimited time during the day. The more you get in (lengthwise) the faster you will grow. So if you have 12 hours a day to do the entire workout and hanging go for it but if not save hanging for a plateau.
 
I just noticed something about my balls, didn't really have this problem before, but my balls are very close to my shaft, no hanging at all and it makes my penis looks smaller. Yes, the Testical Health Massage and Stretch will fix this issue. It will do other incredible things too. Your balls will hang lower and the space between the base of the penis to where it connects to the scrotum will open more allowing the penis to hang much heavier and lower. It should be done 2 times a day if you are looking to stretch. For those simply looking for fitness, once a day is enough.

Ok thanks. I noticed I got this tugging sensation since I did the testical massage. Is it possible that the nerves of my balls are crossed, like the right testy should be on the left side and the left one on the right side?
 
Today was my pumping session and my EQ was insane before pumping. Right after my 5x5x3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]/jelqs supersets, I couldn't get 100% erect. Is if because my penis is still not used to it? I have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] since March and I always had this problem. Pumps are supposed to be good for ED, but everytime I pump, it kills my Am I doing something wrong?

discoloration went away after 3 days. I just bought some silicone sleeves to use instead of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] and I was wondering, is it a good idea to pump with a silicone sleeve and is there any benefits on using the sleeve after pumping, because on the website they say its good for after pumping but I thought it was not a good idea to compress the penis after pumping but use a cockring instea. Am I right?

I have been toying-around the idea of pumping with a sleeve to isolate the glans and focusing on length...logically, this seems to make sense to me (but I haven't tried it yet)

A sleeve after girth work would be counter intuitive, a cock ring should be worn after girth. A sleeve can be used after length.

When I started PE a month ago, after using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], my penis was really stretched after a session and I felt no resistance at all from my ligs. Today I'm a bit sore from pumping I guess, because when I press on my dick it hurts in the inside, but I stretched for 4h with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and my penis is not soft and stretched, its compact and when I stretch it manually, I feel a lot of resistance and as if I was doing a warmup and never stretched for 4h . is it normal?

Do you mean you are lacking strength in the stretching itself? I am kind of lost on the question.

sorry if I wasn't clear enough. What I'm saying is that when I started PE a month ago, my penis was really stretched after a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] session (long flaccid) and I was able to manually stretch my penis without feeling any resistance from my ligs, to a point where I thought it wasn't normal, but it was probably due to fatigue. So yesterday I did a 4h session, I was sore from pumping the night before but still wanted to stretch. So after my session, my penis was not stretched and the flaccid length went back to the size it was before my session. I tried to do manual stretching after that and I could feel a lot of resistance from my ligs. Is it normal? hope I'm clear enough

Very normal. Seeing temporary gains in length is not really possible, the only way to see the future results is to measure bone-pressed-flaccid-stretched. This will give you an idea of future gains. If the penis turtles, it usually means your session was kick ass! When the penis hides it is upset with being stretched so hard :) So seeing gains in length should be viewed through BPFS every 2 weeks maybe. Seeing permanent gains should be done after 90 days. I hope that helps.

2. 5 minutes Bundled Stretches (Length Master)
3. 30 secs for each of these stretches: (Length Master)
1) Straight Up to Center

4) Straight Out to Center
5) Straight Out to Left
6) Straight Out to Right
7) Straight Down to Center
8) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
9) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
10) Behind the Cheeks to Center
11) Behind the Cheeks to Left
12) Behind the Cheeks to Right
13) Rotaries: 25 Cranks

4. Were [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains

I would do all the stretches you can with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. All fulcrum stretches should be done with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. Stretches that you find have more intensity manually, due to angle, go with a manual version.
