I believe you got to force your penis to make more room for blood in your penis. I decided to put 2 other exercises together to see what I could get out of them. Im BIG on adding more GIRTH. So I created this Exercise.
GIRTHQUAKE
-Edge yourself until you get very HARD (100 percent erect)
-once hard,OK AT BASE
-take free hand and SLOWLY bend your cock in any directions you wish. Hold each bend for about 15-30 secs. after
-After 3-5 bends your cock should be around 80-90 percent still erect.(your erection should slighty go away after bends)
-with the OK still at the base jelq SLOWLY to the head.
-each rep should take anywhere from 1-3 minutes.
-after each rep edge yourself back to 100 percent HARD
I will do this anywhere from 30-45 minutes. But you can test it out and see if you like it and want to make it a staple in your next girth routine. When I get around 20 minutes into this exercise I can almost fell my cock trying to make more room for blood.
