I have a general question about girth work. For about 3 months now, I have been doing wet and dry jelqs almost daily as well as a few ulis here and there, but I have no girth gains. In fact, after the session my girth remains 4.25. Should there not be some sustained swelling after the routine, which by the way is 200 per day wet or dry depending on what I am feeling that day? Perhaps I am not doing them right or enough of them or something maybe some new exercises I could try. Any advice would be helpful.
