I have a general question about girth work. For about 3 months now, I have been doing wet and dry jelqs almost daily as well as a few ulis here and there, but I have no girth gains. In fact, after the session my girth remains 4.25. Should there not be some sustained swelling after the routine, which by the way is 200 per day wet or dry depending on what I am feeling that day? Perhaps I am not doing them right or enough of them or something maybe some new exercises I could try. Any advice would be helpful.

if you have been doing jelqs for 3 months 200 is not enough, you should be doing at least 600 2-3sec jelqs, for me when i do my girth work out i do 15min clamping followed by 20-30min wet jelqs and my penis hangs well fatter than before i havent messured it after but it does look bigger, and when your doing them make sure your squeesing hard to really force the blood up into your glands.

you probably aren't doing them with enough intensity, when you finish your workout your dick should feel worked the fuck out and plump and sore, but in a good way. Do more, and do them harder.
