I addressed this issue in a different thread, but really didn't get a definitive answer. I'm on a pretty heavy length routine right now, hanging 12 pounds for 2-20 min sets followed by 3-10 hours in my X4 [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. On breaks I do 30 sec stretches in different directions including rotary, then back into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I want to get back to doing girth work too, but in the past, I've found that after a heavy girth session, incorporating advanced exercises including clamping, I can finish with up 3/4 inch increase in girth. And it can last for a few days. If I did it every day, or even every 2nd day, I would be constantly "pumped." Now, does that increased girth interfere with stretching? Some have pointed out it's harder to stretch a thick penis than a thin one. So, how does one work with this. I know some guys have posted that their girth gains are gone in hours, but not me for some reason. It can last days, gradually decreasing. I really want to attack length and girth simultaneously, but not if one detracts from the other.
