do you guys think a girth routine with only clamping and squeezes would be good enough for good gains in the girth department for someone who has had severe turkey neck? I say has, because it is slowly going away due to stretches, but don't want to risk bringing it back. i figured, when im in the shower i take the shower head and get it nice and fat and clamp it coming out of the shower and clamp for a little bit, then as needed do squeezes. also, would not warming up effect gains on girth with just clamping and squeezes? I plan on warming up as much as I can though. thanks!
