I feel pathetic even having to be told this as I've been on this site (not necessarily this board) for like 7 years XD
I know 3 weeks is early, waiting 3 months to measure again sounds like a good idea, because then when I see some sort of actual gain, it will be motivating. Instead of the proverbial waiting for the pot to boil.
Don't feel pathetic, we are here to help each other.
If we start to think, nah! I can't ask that question, that's not good for the brotherhood.
What I have learned in my later years (being in school as an adult) is that if you are wondering about something, just ask the question.
The probability that someone else are wanting to get that question answered (even if they do not know it) it's high. Remember that, this brotherhood exists of both Newbies and Experienced brothers in PE.
What I did when I discovered MOS, was to ask as many questions as possible, search on the forum and learn as much information as I could. Also as I learned I shared this information with my brothers here on MOS as well. But I'm careful to not give out missinformation, since I don't know everything jet since I'm a newbie.
To share ones ideas with each other is the best way to learn. We learn of each others.
Later I come to a point, okey now I need to structure this, to get to my goal. I suggest that you don't focus on the messurments. Set up a goal.
I got the recommendation, it was a good idea to start my own thread to log my progress. With that, get feedback from the brotherhood, help others, and also to hold myself accountable for what I have decided to do. When you get feedback, you can validate, what you are doing and trust it's going to work. Therefore you trust the process.
