I used a really stupid title to get you to read this. It's not half as interesting as the title though. I just want some quick good advice.
I'm trying to manage an exercise routine around having lots of work at the moment, and this is what I'm managing.
In a day I try to do.
30mins Contrictors with hand ( twice a day )
Sometimes I might drop the one of the contrictor sets and do 300 constricted ( with hand ) Jelqs. Maybe on a on and off routine.
I like to try and do stretchin of some kind at least once.
DLD Blasters ( 10 sec stretch and blaster 5 times for a set. Do 10 sets )
and that stretch routine CoolasFcuk does.
I sometimes end up only doing one of these stretch routines.
Basically. Does that sound effective? Should I do more, if so what? Wanna get girthy more than anything, so like big monster.
