Giiiirrrthhhh MAAAnnnn!!!

I used a really stupid title to get you to read this. It's not half as interesting as the title though. I just want some quick good advice.

I'm trying to manage an exercise routine around having lots of work at the moment, and this is what I'm managing.

In a day I try to do.

30mins Contrictors with hand ( twice a day )

Sometimes I might drop the one of the contrictor sets and do 300 constricted ( with hand ) Jelqs. Maybe on a on and off routine.

I like to try and do stretchin of some kind at least once.

DLD Blasters ( 10 sec stretch and blaster 5 times for a set. Do 10 sets )

and that stretch routine CoolasFcuk does.

I sometimes end up only doing one of these stretch routines.

Basically. Does that sound effective? Should I do more, if so what? Wanna get girthy more than anything, so like big monster.

I've managed to find an answer to my question by looking around and I found these posts really interesting and useful. They talk about what is actually going on when you Penis Enlargement and gives some good exercises. It's opened my eyes to a lot of shit I didn't realise was happening.

Fuck. I gained an inch in a year off jelqs and a few stretchs starting in october. God! if I'd just read more and started doing stretches and inparticular Tunica stretches....well who knows what would of happened

The best exercise for girth, for me, to date (at least posted) is Slow Squash Jelqs. The temporary gain is so intense, you feel like you are pumping. Permanence is of record for all the guys who have been using them.
