This is a picture of me at around 7" with my inch gain from Pe last year. Im going to take some more and post my gains of 8" from retirement this year.

Ya its from gundam seed. My routine consits of stretching for a good 10 minutes pulling in all directions then I twist it up and starting pulling it like that. I do atleast 100 jelqs then I go grab the clamp and look at some adult entertainment while doing more jelqs. Afterward I flex my pc muscle at least 100 times then I give it a nice massage and put cloth over it. I do this atleasat 5 days out of the week.
