Gains with drinking & smoking

Hi everyone I'm just wondering cause I drink & smoke I can't lie I love to party lol but I was just wondering will I still gain with daily Penis Enlargement work & [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] usage if I drink & smoke or do I have to stop? Plz help friends!
 
As long as you are not an alcoholic and/or chain smoker I think there is no problem. The penis size will increase regardless of your physical condition, the question is will your EQ remain healthy? Imagine how bitter it would be if you met a hottie at a club and then went to her room and couldn't get it up :P.

good point but look at how many so called big adult entertainment stars like Shane Diesel or Napier have to hold their cock while girls are sucking them off..

It definitely hurts gains. From my experience and from what I've been told.
Especially smoking. Every doctor will tell you that it diminishes the regeneration rate of your body and the ability to heal wounds.
It narrows the blood vessels, which is exactly what we are dealing with pe... :(

Idk about drinking, but it's known to damage cells also..
The difference is that smokers will have a cigarette several times a day while somebody drinking a beer a day will have the poison disposed after a few hours...

I could have bought myself a car with the money I used to buy cigs.

Stick with weed and lose the other habits. Try to keep yourself disciplined with use also. Too much of anything is unhealthy and the problem with alcohol and cigarettes is they are progressive and addictive, opposed to marijuana. I understand the need to escape, I have been an addict my whole life, I just needed to find an escape that did not hurt me...Weed worked!
 
When you begin to gain it is an experience that you want to feel in every portion of your life. If you feel unhealthy or tired/hung-over, you're going to have less motivation to get the most out of your workout for the days you will be. Personally when I really notice my gains its a time I'm at my most physcally fit. There are days I probably would have skipped workouts had I not concentrated on getting an entire routine that made my whole life healthier. Smoking and drinking are just about ok in moderation, but what about like when you want to lose weight? You can't just eat whatever you want so I think if you really want to make gains you would do it better keeping it on the lighter side. Honestly cigarettes and alcohol have really damaging side-effects in the long-run over time, the best thing is to understand why it is you like those 2 habits then really focus on if there are better ways you could be spending your money and talents.

So true, weed is awesome. Too bad the society and the media is throwing a shadow over it, tobacco is definitely more dangerous and addictive. I admit that I love marijuana (as you can see in my avatar it is also a wonderful plant from a botanic pov :) ), but I could also live normal if I didn't smoke for a month or two. I'm smoking it because I want to, not because I'm addicted. Anyone who says the high of weed doesn't feel good hasn't smoked it...

Weed has no addictive nature at all, you can stop with no withdrawals...you may no like it but it wont kill you. I see little to no reason to stop, I get all my work done for the day and at 9:00pm I toke, everyday!
