I know this is kind of a newb question, but I was just wondering how long it took you guys to gain from hanging.. those of you that were very consistent and hung for about 40mins-1.5 hours a day, 7 days a week.. Actually any imput would be good no matter how much or how long, im just very curious..
I just started hanging a few days ago and am very very excited as I have never felt a strain on my ligs as I have the past few days- last nights sessions were the best, i think i got the wrapping and positioning down pat now so im not just stretching skin!
Bib hangers especially as thats what im using! Also lemme know what your routines looked like when you gained..
So tell me what you gained in a month and overall.. I just want to know what im in for to get me motivated (keep me motivated that is). I feel i have a lot of potential to gain from pulling out some inner penis
