It is virtually impossible to lose girth because length has increased. The penis, whether it is length work or girth, expands in all directions. Thinking that a length routine will reduce your girth is silly. Remember the penis is a bag, not a rope.
While it is possible to turn some existing girth into length, it is very unlikely and the amount would be very small with a normal Penis Enlargement routine.
