If you're still on prozac go back to your doctor and tell him to either put you on alternative therapy or change your drug.

Out of all the anti-depression drugs the best one is Escitalopram. It has the least side effects, ie. weight gain, sexual symptoms, neurological symptoms.

If the doc is still gonna keep you on anti-depressives, tell him to put you on those ones.

They will help improve your erection problems.

I feel the same way about Tambocor.
My Cardiologist would not even accept that it could cause side effects.
I dont know why some doctors persist in make themselves look like idiots.

Now to regain some sensitivity IGF seems to be a possible treatment.

There are other anti-depressants out there besides Prozac. I am on one that doesn't seem to affect my erections, and God only knows, I'm on a lot of meds.

I've never taken Prozac, but I have taken Paxil which has the same effect.
I'm on Lexapro (Escitalopram) now, rarely have troubles getting it up but it definitely has effected how quick I get to a happy ending. Sometimes I can go for hours and never ejaculate, sometimes it happens in 2 minutes. If they change you, Lexapro is a decent option if you can get past the occasional 2minute-man thing (I dont know if this is a normal side-effect, could just be me).

Don't go on Paxil or Zoloft.

Maybe talk to your doctor about Remeron (Mirtazapine). It's an older drug, there have been reports of weight gain. However it is the antidepressant recommended by gastro-entrologists (so you know its better for your digestive health) and unlike SSRI's it doesn't 'hype' you up. It's more of a sedative style anti depressant, but I wouldnt say its like benzos. I was on it for 9 months, best one I've taken, but it mysteriously stopped working one day. One of my mates is on it too from losing her sex drive from Zoloft.

Shit. I took risperdal for a few months back when I was 15, I don't think I got wood the whole time I took it. Gained a LOT of weight though.
