foreskin while stretching

guys,hi,im 18,and ive started Penis Enlargement recently but i have a problem with my foreskin while im stretching,because it just goes with when i stretch,i did research and did 2 things,held just the skin,all of it,and pulled,it would stretch but it seems like only the skin is getting stretched,then i pulled it all back held at the base of the glans and pulled,but i felt as i was just pushing the glan forward and nothing was stretched,i cant continue until i know what to do,which way is right?,how do i handle the foreskin? comment on guys,before i hurt myself right,thanks.
 
Four lines, one problem, one sentence. I'm not sure what seems to be the problem. I'd start with english lessons first. From my experience: you should use some gloves or material that enables you to maintain a firm grip at the top of the penis.
 
Get it out of the way. You're not trying to stretch skin, you're trying to stretch the underlying structures and the connective ligaments. So, as suggested find something that will allow you to maintain a firm grip (I recommend toilet paper, everyone has it at home and it works). Retract the foreskin, grip behind the glans and ease into the stretch. Since you have foreskin (as do I by the way) you will be sensitive, perhaps more so than our circumsized brethren, so experiment to find the most comfortable grip position. Don't worry, there is one. For me only an overhand grip seems to work at all. You'll also have to get used to the kind of sensation the grip produces. It's decidedly uncomfortable but there should be no outright pain. The dull pain of stretching of the ligs is one thig, pain in the glans from the grip is a no-no. Like any new physical task this is something that you have to practice, you won't feel the stretch right away so experiment with finding the right grip and then trying different tensions and angles.
