Are there any girth exercises you can do while flaccid? some times after stretching, i have trouble getting an erection and can barely get past about 50% because my dick is so tired

Do girth first then stretch, like a few hours later if you can find the time.
 
15 mins of clamping in the morning is better than no clamoing at all, or whatever type of girth routine you like. Just wake up 15 mins before you normally would do and but out that girth.

Then at bed time do your stretches. Time managment my friend.
 
For myself, doing girth and length in one session is just not productive. I need to break these into 2 session at night and in the morning. When I try to do all of my Penis Enlargement in one session I lose focus and my routine suffers.

Me too dude. I just cant Penis Enlargement for too long at one time, I loose the visualization too.

30/30 should be plenty if used wisely. In my experience, splitting my routine up allows me to dedicate more time to each session instead of rushing to get through both in one session.
