Hi guys. I am planning to join up a gym or something. But i need help as i have never been to a gym before. The only exercise i use to do is run. and sometimes swim. But for last one year i just dont feel well. i even tried to improve my diet but didnt help. so i think i should a join a fitness center.
Can someone help me with some tips to choose a good gym. and also with some basic exercises and diet? maybe this question has been asked many times before but then even if you guys can point me out to correct threads i would be grateful.
